Using buffering mixing section and large L/D ratio 36:1 screws for good plasticization, high output and wide adaptability to raw materials. The corrugator adopts a closed loop pressure water cooling system for high forming efficiency. Patented design — mould replacement requires no water tube disassembly. All mould sizes share the same center height; no platform adjustment needed when changing moulds. Left and right frames open and close electrically for easy maintenance. Equipped with UPS and remote control system.
