SJ60, SJ75, SJ90, SJ120, SJ150 single screw extruders with special screw design, suitable for PE, PP and other materials. Using buffering mixing section and large L/D ratio 36:1 screws for good plasticization, high output and wide adaptability to raw materials. Bimetallic screw and barrel effectively improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance, achieving longer service life.


Material is extruded from the extruder through the inner and outer dies of the double layer pipe die head. Suba die head short channel design (reduced by 25%) effectively lowers melt pressure, achieving low temperature, low pressure extrusion — production efficiency 25% higher than conventional die heads. Dynamic inner and outer wall thickness adjustment without stopping extruders. Suitable for HDPE and PP materials. Die head fixed on bracket for simple, quick size changes.


The corrugator adopts a closed loop pressure water cooling system for high forming efficiency. Patented design — mould replacement requires no water tube disassembly. All mould sizes share the same center height; no platform adjustment needed when changing moulds. Left and right frames open and close electrically for easy maintenance. Equipped with UPS and remote control system.


Suba machinery integrated aluminum alloy moulds. Corrugated pipe is formed inside the corrugator — plasticized material is extruded into the forming channel with vacuum technology supporting and optimizing pipe formation. Water cooled moulds guarantee high output and excellent pipe quality. The cooling chamber wall and mould body are the same aluminum alloy material — no insulation layer, best thermal conductivity, high cooling efficiency. Mould surface hardened for long service life. Customized per pipe stiffness class and pipe profile.


Stainless steel cooling tank for secondary cooling of double wall corrugated pipes. Equipped with traction device. High-pressure large capacity water removal device at outlet blows away cooling water on the pipe surface. Synchronous operation with the corrugator. Environmentally friendly: water is fully recycled.


High precision cutter independently developed by Suba machinery for accurate cutting of straight pipes and flared pipes. Double blade chipless cutting — noise-free and dust-free. Innovative trigger device guarantees continuously precise cutting. Italian imported dual hydraulic system with turntable bearings and linear guides achieves center-symmetrical, stable operation.


Double wall corrugated pipe extrusion line stacker automatically discharges pipes, equipped with a weighing system. Electric height adjustment reduces labor fatigue. Weighing system monitors pipe production status in real time. Finished pipes can be temporarily stored on the stacker or moved directly into a transport vehicle. Supports automatic pipe turning.


Double station coiler for small-diameter double wall corrugated pipes. Customized services provided based on pipe diameter, coiling length and dimension.


Double wall corrugated pipe perforator for making holes on pipes. Perforated corrugated pipes are used for rainwater collection applications. Number of holes can be customized per production requirement.


Haul-off unit for fast and stable transportation of small-sized pipes from the corrugator.


SJZ80/156 and SJZ92/188 counter-rotating conical twin screw extruders, suitable for the production of PE, PP, PVC and other materials. High output, good plasticization and lower power consumption effectively reduce the pipe production cost.


Cross die head designed for the production of an additional smooth layer — a third layer around the corrugated pipe, or pipe outside-pipe production. Enables tri-layer pipe manufacturing for enhanced performance and specialty applications.
