The corrugator adopts a closed loop pressure water cooling system for high forming efficiency. Patented design — mould replacement requires no water tube disassembly. All mould sizes share the same center height; no platform adjustment needed when changing moulds. Left and right frames open and close electrically for easy maintenance. Equipped with UPS and remote control system.

The powerful and high-automatic vacuum achieves easier operation, uniformity of the pipe circumferential wall thickness and nice pipe appearance.

Fast moulds' changeover process. The moulds are not connected to any water tubes, which means there is no need to unplug and plug the water tubes when changing moulds. The moulds can be easily removed and installed by rotating the eccentric disk. – Invention patent.

The length of the cooling water inlet and outlet tubes are fixed, the tubes are arranged more closely, which avoids the water leakage caused and equipment damage by tubes stuck between adjacent moulds.

The main cooling water way (360-degree smooth rotation) adopts the circulation design to ensure no inertial impact. – Invention patent.
