The cooling chamber wall and mould body are the same aluminum alloy material — no insulation layer, best thermal conductivity, high cooling efficiency. Mould surface hardened for long service life. Moulds are made of high-quality aluminium alloy.

Water-cooled moulds guarantee high cooling efficiency and high output. The optimized cooling chamber has the largest cooling sectional area and sufficient contact surface between the cooling water and the moulds.

The mould cooling chamber and the mould body are made of same material – special aluminium alloy, and there is no insulation layer between mould chamber wall and mould body. Aluminum alloy has the best thermal conductivity which achieves high cooling efficiency and fast pipe forming speed.
