SJ60, SJ75, SJ90, SJ120, SJ150 single screw extruders with special screw design, suitable for PE, PP and other materials. Using buffering mixing section and large L/D ratio 36:1 screws for good plasticization, high output and wide adaptability to raw materials. Bimetallic screw and barrel effectively improve wear resistance and corrosion resistance, achieving longer service life.

Material is extruded from the extruder through the inner and outer dies of the double layer pipe die head. Suba die head short channel design (reduced by 25%) effectively lowers melt pressure, achieving low temperature, low pressure extrusion — production efficiency 25% higher than conventional die heads. Dynamic inner and outer wall thickness adjustment without stopping extruders. Suitable for HDPE and PP materials. Die head fixed on bracket for simple, quick size changes.

The corrugator adopts a closed loop pressure water cooling system for high forming efficiency. Patented design — mould replacement requires no water tube disassembly. All mould sizes share the same center height; no platform adjustment needed when changing moulds. Left and right frames open and close electrically for easy maintenance.
