On SL300 corrugated pipe forming machine, the mid-sized double wall corrugated pipes are produced for drainage, sewage, cable protection and water collection.
Moulds are compatible with SL600 and SL800.

	EXTRUDERS Single screw extruders and large L/D ratio- 36:1 screws, which has a good plasticization, high output.
	DIE HEAD Short flow channel acheives low temperature and low pressure extrusion, which increases production efficiency by 25%. Dynamic adjustment of die head. Less adjustment time- without usage of fastening scerws. Cooling mandrel is made of the aluminium alloy and has a wear resistance layer on the discharge, high cooling efficiency and longer life service life. Fast changeover time.
	CORRUGATOR Closed loop pressure water cooling system-high forming efficiency. Advanced and high-strength structural design ensures stable production.
